Park Residences offers all the best of Independent Retirement Living with gracious studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments.  Unlike other retirement communities, Park Residences’ 39 apartments do not require a large cash “investment” or “buy in.” Residents receive individualized services, amenities and a carefree lifestyle as part of a monthly rental fee.
